"I’ve only used it a few times..."
I’ve only used it a few times because, i’m usually too lazy to do much with my hair, but I’m really impressed. My curls look so much more defined now and they actually hold without getting that crunchy feeling. It smells really nice too, which is a bonus. I’m happy with it and I’ll definitely buy it again.

I just got my sheamoisture order the packaging was really good?? The bottles were wrapped up nicely, nothing leaked, no cracked caps, and the box wasn’t all smashed or anything. I was a little worried because products like this can spill so easily, but everything showed up clean, neat, and totally fine.

"Finally got some relief from all that buildup"
I ordered from sheamoisture.com because my hair was starting to feel like it was punishing me for using products at all. It had so much buildup and felt heavy no matter what I did, so I tried their shampoo hoping it would actually clean my scalp without leaving my curls dried out and sad.

It took about two washes before I really noticed the difference, but my hair feels lighter now and my leave-in seems to work better too. Shipping was fine, nothing leaked, and for once I didn’t feel like I wasted money on something that promised help and did nothing. I’m happy with it.

"Finally, something that helped my dry curls"
Wow. I started using sheamoisture after my curls got really dry and frizzy, and I wasn’t expecting much. But after a few washes, my hair felt softer and didn’t tangle nearly as much. Relief. The curl cream was a nice surprise too because it wasn’t heavy or greasy. I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

"Heads up if humidity makes your hair frizz like crazy"
I ordered from sheamoisture.com because my hair turns into a frizz ball the second it gets humid out. The site was easy to use, and my order showed up in a few days with no issues.

I got the shampoo and conditioner, and after two washes my curls were noticeably less puffy. I wouldn’t say it made my hair perfect overnight, so don’t expect magic, but the difference was actually big for me.

My hair feels softer now, and I’m not constantly adding oil throughout the day just to calm it down. Just a warning though: if your hair is super frizzy like mine, you might end up wishing you tried it sooner. 5 stars from me.

"Still nice, just not quite the same"
I’ve been using SheaMoisture for years, so I definitely noticed the formula change. It’s not bad at all — my hair still feels soft and manageable, but it doesn’t have that same rich feel I remember from the old version. Maybe I’m just being picky, but I do miss it a little. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, and I’ll probably still keep buying it.

"Everything showed up like I expected"
I got my sheamoisture order and, i checked the box right away because I always assume something might be off. But nope, everything I picked was there, and the sizes and scents were all correct too. Shipping was a bit slower than I thought it would be, but nothing was missing or mixed up, so I can’t really complain. Happy with it and I’d order again.

It’s good stuff overall, and I do think the price is mostly fair. That said, I usually wait for a sale because, paying full price feels a bit annoying when I know it gets marked down. Still worth buying when the timing’s right.

i have color-treated curls and this has been good for them. my color didn’t fade quickly, and my hair feels soft after I wash it. the only thing is it can feel a little heavy if I use too much.

I’ve been using the Jamaican black castor oil line for a few months now, and I’m sure my edges are starting to look fuller. I can’t say for certain it’s only from this, but my hair does seem to shed less than before too. Shipping was totally fine and I didn’t have any issues.
